At Wide Path Camper, we strive to make your purchasing experience as smooth and transparent as possible. Below, you will find our sales and delivery terms, including important information about the order process, deposit, and cancellation policy.

1. Request a quote
Once you have found your desired camper, click ‘Add to Quote’ and fill in your billing and shipping details. We won’t charge you anything at this stage, but we need this information to calculate shipping costs and provide you with an accurate quote.

2. Receive a quotation
Once we receive your request and information, we will explore shipping options and costs, as they vary depending on your location. We aim to process this as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 4 weeks. Once the shipping costs are determined, we will send you a detailed quote by email.

3. Acceptance and production
If you wish to proceed and confirm your order, you will be required to pay a non-refundable 30% deposit. Once the deposit is paid, we will begin the production of your camper. Production time is approximately 2-4 weeks.

If you choose to cancel your order at any point, the deposit will not be refunded.

5. Final Payment and Delivery
Once your camper has been built, the remaining 70% of the total price must be paid before shipment. Once the full amount has been received in our account, the purchase is final, and cancellation is no longer possible.

If the full amount is not received within 2 months, the order will be automatically canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded.

After receiving full payment, we will prepare your camper for shipping. Delivery typically takes 4-5 weeks.

Upon arrival, your camper will be fully assembled and ready for use – enjoy your adventures!

6. Additional costs and responsibilities
The price of the camper stated in the quotation is fixed. However, any changes in customs duties, shipping rates, exchange rates, taxes, or other external costs that may arise after placing the order are the responsibility of the customer.

Wide Path Camper is not liable for any additional fees imposed by local authorities, customs agencies, or shipping providers after the purchase has been finalized.

Customers are advised to check local import regulations and fees before completing their purchase.
